Rest A Shore we have the place for you in Mexico Beach, Florida. In the 1,019 sq ft, third floor condo, you’ll find relaxation with spaces curated to stimulate all of your senses. The outdoors will not disappoint you either! We are conveniently located right off of scenic Highway 98 in Waterside Village. Slide into your flip flops and beach attire for a five-minute walk to public beach access where four chaise lounge chairs and two umbrellas await you. If the saltwater doesn’t suffice, you can sit on the breezy balcony over looking the canal or lounge at the neighborhood hot tub or pool.

LIVING

-Fully stocked kitchen with cooking, serve ware and stainless appliances.
-Keurig Duo Coffee Maker with carafe brew and/or single K-Cup serve options

DOOR ACCESS:
-The front gate & door is equipped with an electronic keypad.
-Guests are required to sign the renter agreement to receive the door code.
-You will get a personalized door code 3 days prior to check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.
-Enjoy the entire place to yourself.

GETTING AROUND
-Fly into Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (PCB). It is a one-hour and six-minute drive from the Airport to your vacation home.
-Walk to where you want to go! Footpaths are abundant and well-traveled to the marina for bait, restaurants, and boutiques.
-Bring your bikes and helmets! There are top trails and state parks nearby. If you don’t have one, rentals are available locally.
-Please use caution when riding on sidewalks and near the roads.
-Shuttles, taxis, lyfts, and ubers are available from the airport and by locally owned travel services.
-Rent a car at the airport or book online with Turo.

CHECK IN/OUT Check-in at 4:00 PM CST. Check-out at 10:00 AM CST. We do not offer early check-in or late check-out. For holidays, we do not allow check-ins or check-outs. Please plan your vacation days accordingly.

PRIVATE PARKING Parking is for rental guests

DRIVE slowly. When you get to the famous Mexico Beach, soak in the views and be cautious of motorcycles, bikers, and pedestrians

AGE All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

OCCUPANCY is 6 Persons, maximum. Note: If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave immediately. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy can result in many issues, including a fine from local authorities for not adhering to fire safety.

SECURITY CAMERA There are security cameras surrounding the building in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

SMOKING This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cottage. No candles or outdoor fires are allowed.

WEATHER No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

TRASH Place all trash into trash bags, tie and place in designated trash drop door at the end of the hallway. If trash will not fit in the chute, please take down to dumpster on first floor. It is located behind unlocked roll up garage door at each end of parking lot. 

GARBAGE DISPOSAL Please do not throw fibrous foods (ie: banana skins, broccoli, celery, corn husks, potato peels) bones, eggshells, grease or coffee grounds into the garbage disposal. 

PETS We love animals, however some of our family members and guests are very allergic to pet dander. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. There are many pet-friendly homes in the area that would love to host your family. Pets of guests are NOT allowed per HOA. 

BLINDS All of the bedrooms have window blinds & curtains. Please bring eye masks if light is bothersome to you.

LINENS:  All linens are white and if you decide to wash please wash with white items only (no colors). Please do not use white linens for beach purposes, cleaning grills or vehicles.

OTHER SAFETY Do not lean or hang on the railings.

STARTER PACK  Consisting of a dishwasher tablet, a paper towel roll, toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags, dish soap & sponge. Longer stays may require a trip to purchase extra of these items. Shampoo and other toiletries, condiments, ground coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, zip lock bags, and foil are NOT provided.
